The panoramic half marathon of the Conero Riviera in Numana
Conero Running is one of the most beloved running events in the Marche region and the symbolic sporting event of Numana, a pearl of the Conero Riviera in the province of Ancona. Every year, at the end of April, the seafront and the Tourist Port transform into the beating heart of a festival that attracts runners, enthusiasts, and tourists from all over the region and beyond, in a weekend dedicated to sport, nature, and solidarity.
The event offers three races designed for every level and age:
The route winds along the Adriatic coast, offering panoramic views of the Conero promontory and the sea, between Numana and the neighboring municipalities: a fast and evocative course that combines competitive challenge with the pleasure of running in one of the most beautiful coastal stretches of the Marche.
Conero Running is not just a race. The event has always had a charitable soul: one euro for each participant is donated to the Salesi Hospital Foundation Ets of Ancona, the regional pediatric hospital. Over the years, the event, also combined with the Tordelli Memorial, has raised tens of thousands of euros for the facility, turning every step of the participants into a concrete gesture of support.
Running the Conero Running means discovering Numana, a village overlooking the Adriatic in the heart of the Conero Regional Park. Beaches nestled between white cliffs, the perched historic center, and Mediterranean scrub provide the natural backdrop for a race that is also an opportunity to experience the territory. Spring, with its mild climate and the tourist season about to begin, is the ideal time to combine sport and discovery of the Province of Ancona.
The fourteenth edition of Conero Running animated Numana on Sunday, April 26, 2026, confirming itself as one of the leading running events in the Marche region. On the seafront of the Conero Riviera, a total of 2,148 participants gathered, with 542 starting the competitive half marathon.
The race confirmed its solidarity focus: one euro for each participant was donated to the Salesi Hospital Foundation Ets, the pediatric hospital of Ancona, totaling 2,148 euros for the facility.
