About Conero Park Festival
A festival that tells the story of Conero
The Conero Park Festival is the summer event promoted by the Conero Regional Park Authority in collaboration with the Municipalities of Ancona, Camerano, Numana, and Sirolo. Created to promote the beauty and fragility of one of the most beloved protected areas in the Marche, the festival enlivens the entire summer of the Conero Riviera with talks, music, cinema, and photography, always with free admission.
Numana, overlooking the sea in the province of Ancona, is one of the main participating municipalities: a significant part of the program takes place in its squares and outdoor spaces, particularly in the historic center squares like Piazza Nuova, a natural balcony overlooking the Adriatic.
The "Nature Evenings"
The heart of the event is the Nature Evenings: a series of evening appointments, usually starting at 9:30 PM, where nature photographers, biologists, communicators, and local experts guide the public in discovering the Park. Topics include marine and terrestrial fauna, birds and insects, Mediterranean flora, the starry sky, and landscape photography, often with the contribution of the La Notte Photographic Group and local Pro Loco associations.

Cinema, Music, and Photography
In addition to the Nature Evenings, the festival offers open-air cinema at the Conero Theatre in Sirolo, concerts, photographic exhibitions, and cultural initiatives spread across the municipalities of the Park. An event like this combines educational and environmental aspects with the more festive atmosphere of a seaside summer, offering residents and tourists a different way to experience the evenings on the Conero.

Conero Park Festival — edition 2026
The 2026 Nature Evenings
The 2026 edition features five free Nature Evenings, spread between Numana and Sirolo, starting at 9:30 PM. The first event is scheduled for Sunday, July 5, and the last for Sunday, August 30, 2026; the meetings feature distinguished speakers who talk about the Park's nature.
Preview and Cinema
The festival opened with a photographic preview from June 4 to 7, 2026, with the exhibition "La terra canta il suo Creatore" by the La Notte Photographic Group in Ancona, on the occasion of the Sagra del Bombetto. During the summer, four open-air cinema evenings are also planned at the Conero Theatre in Sirolo, organized by the Municipal Administration of Sirolo.

2026 Program
The festival is promoted by the Conero Regional Park Authority with the Municipalities of Ancona, Camerano, Numana, and Sirolo.
- June 4-7 — Photographic preview "La terra canta il suo Creatore" (La Notte Photographic Group), parish area of Via Russi 2 in Ancona, 7:00 PM-11:00 PM, on the occasion of the Sagra del Bombetto. Inauguration on June 4 at 9:00 PM with the talk "San Francesco between the Capital of Culture and Conero Park".
- July 5 – August 30 — Five free Nature Evenings between Numana and Sirolo, 9:30 PM, with speakers and local experts. First evening Sunday, July 5, last evening Sunday, August 30.
- July-August — Four evenings of open-air cinema at the Conero Theatre in Sirolo, organized by the Municipality of Sirolo.
The titles, precise dates, and speakers for the individual Nature Evenings will be progressively announced by the Park Authority on the website parcodelconero.org and in the online Park Journal. The detailed program will be announced in the weeks preceding each event.

Where
The events take place between Numana and Sirolo (Province of Ancona), in the squares of the historic centers and at the Conero Theatre in Sirolo, the seat of the Park Authority.
Admission
All festival events, including the Nature Evenings and open-air cinema, are free. Reservations may be recommended for some evenings.
How to get there
By car: exit Ancona Sud from the A14 highway, then follow signs for Riviera del Conero. By train: Ancona station, then bus to Numana and Sirolo. During the summer, shuttle services operate between the Conero municipalities.
