Concolando - Festa della Concola Cuprense De.Co.

The 2025 edition of Concolando was held in Cupra Marittima from June 27 to 29. On Friday the 27th, Chef Massimo Polidori led two cooking workshops dedicated to concola-based recipes at Spazio Idee Poliedriche. On Saturday the 28th, at the Parco San Benedetto Martire, a tasting of spaghetti with concole cuprensi was served, accompanied by local wines, with part of the proceeds donated to the association Officina dei Sensi and live musical entertainment by the One Band. On Sunday the 29th, the festival moved to Villa Cellini with a show cooking and a talk show featuring Fabio Gallo, a familiar face on RAI's Linea Blu, and Michelin-starred chef Enrico Mazzaroni, with a free tasting for one hundred participants. The Aspettando Concolando series in the town's restaurants provided the backdrop.
