Cilento Tastes 2025, the third edition

From April 4 to 6, 2025, the NEXT in Capaccio Paestum hosted the third edition of Cilento Tastes, with free admission and continuous hours from 11:00 AM until midnight. In the preceding months, the Cilentox100 ETS association had launched a search for the one hundred food and wine excellences of the territory, involving producers, chefs, pizzerias, wineries, artisanal bakeries, and farms from all over Cilento.

Two novelties characterized the edition: the Great Cilento Table, a long convivial table that crossed the entire structure to taste specialties in good company, and the Cilento Workshop, the area dedicated to packaged products to take home. The picture was completed by the section on Cilento spirits, B2B moments reserved for operators, and the exhibition area reserved for municipalities, which promoted their summer 2025 events there.

The program alternated tastings, show cooking, masterclasses, and thematic workshops on Cilento cuisine, while live concerts of different genres followed one another every evening, also with free admission. The previous edition, in 2024, had already recorded about 6,000 visitors, 80 exhibitors, 16 wineries, 4 artisanal bakeries, over 8,000 dishes served, and 3,500 wine tastings.
