Ciboperbacco 2025, the sixth edition

The sixth edition of Ciboperbacco took place in Melissano (LE) on July 30 and 31, 2025, confirming itself as one of the most cherished food and wine events of the Salento summer. The central squares—Marconi, Garibaldi, and Vecchia—hosted food stalls with local specialties, an area dedicated to Salento wineries, and street food spaces, creating a culinary journey designed for all ages.

Alongside the food and wine offerings, the program featured musical and cultural moments throughout the town, as well as entertainment activities for children on both evenings. Admission was free, with the event organized by the Pro Loco Melissano in collaboration with the municipal administration.

Evenings of July 30 and 31, 2025 — Piazza Marconi, Piazza Garibaldi, Piazza Vecchia

• Itinerant performance by violinist Alessia Carichino through the streets of the historic center;
• DJ set by Toni Caputo in Piazza Marconi;
• Entertainment activities for children on both evenings;
• Food stalls with Salento specialties and an area dedicated to local wineries;
• Widespread cultural initiatives, including art exhibitions and crochet floral compositions in the town center.
