Châtillon Carnival Polenta Feast

As every year, the Châtillon Carnival concluded in 2025 with the traditional Shrove Tuesday Polenta Feast. In the town center, starting from noon, the distribution of polenta and sausage, a symbolic dish of Aosta Valley mountain cuisine, took place.

The event, with its simple and family-friendly character, brought together residents and visitors in a moment of celebration and conviviality, marking the end of the Carnival period. The polenta feast is part of the calendar of celebrations for the Châtillon and Saint-Vincent area, which is rich in polenta feasts and initiatives for all ages.
