Edition 2025 — Cervino Olive Oil Festival
27th Cervino Olive Oil Festival
The 2025 edition of the Cervino Olive Oil Festival, in the province of Caserta, was held from Friday, October 24 to Sunday, October 26. The event kicked off on Friday with school visits to local oil mills, the evening opening of food stalls, and live music.
Saturday featured a conference on oil culture at the Casa della Vigna, followed in the evening by tastings, typical dishes, and a live concert. Sunday opened with trekking through the olive groves and a motorcycle gathering, continuing with lunch in the square and, in the evening, stalls and a piano bar dedicated to the greatest musical hits. The protagonists of the tastings were bruschetta with new oil, legume soups, and traditional Campanian rural desserts.
