Edition 2025 — Cassatelle Festival

The 2025 edition of the Cassatelle Festival took place in the spring in Piazza Matrice, Favignana, upholding the tradition that every year brings islanders and tourists together around the famous ricotta pastry. In the afternoon, from 3:00 PM, the Oratorio Canossa Association and the Parish enlivened the square with tastings of cassatelle, local products, music, and folk performances.

The 2025 edition of the Cassatelle Festival renewed the most anticipated spring appointment in Favignana. In Piazza Matrice, starting in the afternoon, residents and visitors gathered to enjoy sheep's milk ricotta cassatelle prepared by the oratory volunteers. The day alternated between tastings of the traditional pastry, samples of local products, live music, group dances, and folk shows. Organized by the Oratorio Canossa Association and the Parish with the patronage of the Municipality of Favignana - Egadi Islands, the festival confirmed its spirit as a free, popular celebration, built entirely by the island community.
