Edition 2025 — Carbonesca Polenta Festival

In 2025, the Carbonesca Polenta and Sausage Festival celebrated its 50th edition, coinciding with the 50th anniversary of the Pro Loco. Between late July and early August, approximately nine days of polenta, sausages, wine, music, theatre, and dancing animated the Eugubian hamlet, in a festive and community atmosphere.

The 2025 edition of the Carbonesca Polenta and Sausage Festival had a special significance, coinciding with the 50th edition and the 50th anniversary of the Pro Loco Carbonesca. For about nine days, between late July and early August, the hamlet came alive with food stalls dedicated to polenta in all its variations and sausages.

The evenings alternated music, dancing, theatre, and cultural moments, confirming the festival's strong connection to the rural roots of the Alto Chiascio territory and the community of Gubbio.
