The Carbonara VS Cacio e Pepe — Cucina Romana Festival brings the flavours of the Capital to the heart of Seregno, in the Province of Monza and Brianza. For an entire weekend, Piazza Risorgimento transforms into a travelling gastronomic village dedicated to Roman cuisine, one of the most beloved and recognisable in Italian tradition.
