Edition 2025 — Carbonara Festival

From March 21 to 23, 2025, the Carbonara Festival animated Piazza Garibaldi in Correggio with the best of Roman cuisine. On the menu: pasta alla carbonara, cacio e pepe, amatriciana, carciofo alla giudia, coda alla vaccinara, and pinsa romana, with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. Every evening, the Nova Roma Live Show brought folk songs, Roman tunes, and monologues to the square.

The 2025 edition of the Carbonara Festival was held in Correggio (RE) from Friday, March 21 to Sunday, March 23, in Piazza Garibaldi. For three days, the Emilian town hosted the authentic flavors of Rome with a wide gastronomic offering.

On the table: pasta alla carbonara, cacio e pepe, amatriciana, carciofo alla giudia, coda alla vaccinara, and pinsa romana, with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. Tables and benches allowed for comfortable enjoyment of the dishes, while every evening the Nova Roma Live Show enlivened the square with folk songs, Roman tunes, and monologues from the Capitoline tradition.
