Edition 2025 — Carbonara Festival

Throughout 2025, the Carbonara Festival, a traveling format by Feed n Food, visited numerous Italian squares, showcasing the best of Roman cuisine: from Modena to Udine, from Clusone to Rome. The formula was always the same: free entry, food stands, Roman folk music, and Roman specialties prepared live.

Before arriving in Casalecchio di Reno, in 2025 the Carbonara Festival toured Italy with a long series of stops, from Modena to Udine, from Clusone to Mozzo, and even Rome. In every square, the public could enjoy carbonara, cacio e pepe, amatriciana, supplì, pinsa, and porchetta d'Ariccia, accompanied by beer and wines from the Castelli Romani.

Entry was always free, and the atmosphere was enlivened by DJ sets and live Roman stornelli. The success achieved throughout the 2025 tour paved the way for the festival's arrival in Emilia-Romagna, with the new stop in Casalecchio di Reno in March 2026.
