Caplaz Festival

The 2025 edition of the Sagra dal Caplaz was special: the thirtieth edition of the beloved festival in Scortichino, a hamlet of Bondeno (FE), in Emilia-Romagna. As tradition dictates, the event took place in two rounds, from June 14 to 17 and from September 13 to 16, 2025, at the town's stadium.

President Mattia Ghedini and about thirty volunteers from S.P.D. Nuova Aurora offered the festival's signature dishes: caplaz in its various versions, salamina da sugo, maccheroni with ragù, and meat straccetti. The mayor of Bondeno, Simone Saletti, described the festival as an event that combines passion, sport, and Ferrarese gastronomic tradition, in support of the local football club's activities.
