Cantine d'Inverno 2025

The 2025 edition of Cantine d'Inverno was held on December 30, 2025, in Caramanico Terme, starting at 5:30 PM, during the holiday season. Participants were welcomed in Piazza Marconi, the starting point of the itinerary through the village's ancient cellars.

As per tradition, the route featured ten historic cellars, ten wineries, and ten traditional dishes from the Maiella countryside: local cheeses, legumes, rustic recipes, and traditional desserts, paired with locally produced wines. The evening was enlivened by craft markets, music, and performances along the illuminated streets of the historic center, confirming the event as one of the most evocative food and wine experiences of the Abruzzo winter.
