Edition 2025 — Cantina Cenci

During the 2025 season, the Cantina Cenci winery in Castelnuovo offered vineyard tours and tastings every Saturday morning, as part of the APT Valsugana tourist calendar and the "Inverno Valsugana e Lagorai 2025-2026" program. Guests discovered the mountain Trentodoc of the Lower Valsugana accompanied by the winemakers, meeting at 9:00 AM at the winery in Ceggio.

Throughout 2025, the Cantina Cenci Tour and Tasting was a recurring wine tourism event on Saturday mornings in Castelnuovo, Valsugana. The experience, promoted by APT Valsugana and featured in the local winter program, combined a walk through the vineyard rows with a tasting of the estate's wines.

Participants tasted Trentodoc Brut Nature, Brut, and Rosé along with mountain Chardonnay, in a three-hour session offered in Italian, English, and German. The format, requiring booking and a minimum of five people, allowed guests to get to know the work of winemakers Silvia and Valentino Cenci up close.
