The Camposampiero-Padova Pilgrimage on Foot is one of the most significant spiritual offerings of the Antonian Sanctuaries in Camposampiero (province of Padua). The route symbolically retraces the journey of Saint Anthony, who, from Camposampiero – where he spent his last days – was taken to Padua, where he died on June 13, 1231.
A Journey of Faith
Pilgrims start from the Antonian Sanctuaries in Camposampiero and reach the Basilica of Saint Anthony in Padua on foot, along a route that crosses the countryside of the Alta Padovana region. The 2026 edition of the Camposampiero-Padova Pilgrimage on Foot takes place on Saturday, April 18. Pilgrims start from the Antonian Sanctuaries in Camposampiero to reach the Basilica of Saint Anthony in Padua on foot, symbolically retracing the Saint's journey.
