Calici nel Borgo Antico

The 2025 autumn edition took place in Bisceglie from October 31 to November 2, during the All Saints' weekend. For three consecutive evenings, the streets of the old town were transformed into a culinary journey of local aromas, flavors, and sounds. Dozens of Apulian wineries offered the best regional wines for tasting—reds, rosés, and whites from the Gargano to the Salento: Primitivo, Negroamaro, Nero di Troia, Fiano, Bombino Bianco, and refined rosés.

Thanks to the collaboration with Assolocali, visitors were able to enjoy Apulian culinary specialties such as panzerotti, orecchiette with turnip tops, and sandwiches with traditional brasciola. The evenings were enriched by live music and street performers. The event, organized by the Associazione Borgo Antico, was supported by the Ministry of Agriculture, the Puglia Region, the BAT Province, the Municipality of Bisceglie, and Confcommercio Bisceglie.
