The modern version of the Saints Peter and Paul Festival, with live music and good food
The Cagnano Summer Festival originates from the historic Saints Peter and Paul Festival in the Cagnano hamlet, in Pojana Maggiore, within the Berici Hills near Vicenza. Over the years, the patronal feast has taken on a more modern guise, while maintaining its roots in the community and its connection to the late June commemoration of Saints Peter and Paul.
The formula is that of a grand Venetian summer festival: typical dishes and grilled specialties accompanied by beer, wine, and cocktails, followed by cover band concerts, DJ sets, group dances, and entertainment. There's also a funfair, a charity raffle, and an indoor food stand under marquees, open every evening from 7 PM. All this is held under the patronage of the Municipality of Pojana Maggiore.
In 2026, the Cagnano Summer Festival will once again liven up the Cagnano hamlet of Pojana Maggiore during its usual period around the Saints Peter and Paul commemoration. The program will reprise the successful formula: live music, DJ sets, group dances, a funfair, charity raffle, and evening food stand.
Program coming soon. Based on recent editions, the festival will feature multiple evenings with cover band concerts, DJ sets, and group dances, accompanied by grilled specialties and typical dishes at the food stand open every evening from 7 PM, as well as a funfair and charity raffle. Dates and details will be available on the channels of the Cagnano Celebration Committee and the Municipality of Pojana Maggiore.
