Edition 2025 — Brodetto Show

The 2025 edition of the Brodetto Show took place on Sunday, June 29th in Porto Recanati, in Piazza Brancondi, starting at 6:30 PM. The evening, hosted by Sara Santacchi, offered a sensory journey to discover the De.Co. Portorecanatese brodetto, with storytelling, entertainment, and tasting prepared by the Accademia del Brodetto.

The Brodetto Show 2025 enlivened Piazza Brancondi in Porto Recanati on Sunday, June 29th, starting at 6:30 PM, as part of Tipicità's offerings dedicated to the promotion of the De.Co. Portorecanatese brodetto.

On stage, journalist Sara Santacchi guided the audience through a journey of history, origins, and curiosities of the dish, with guests, surprises, and music. The tasting of the fish soup without tomatoes and with saffron, a symbol of the town's maritime cuisine, was curated by the chefs of the Accademia del Brodetto alla Portorecanatese.
