The 2025 edition

On the weekend of 15 and 16 November 2025, Montelibretti hosted the nineteenth edition of "Bread, Oil and...", with continuous hours from 9:00 to 20:00 and an information point in Piazza della Repubblica.

The festival route was organized as usual between the Olive Oil Square, with guided tastings of extra virgin, PDO, and organic oils, and the Oil Itinerary, which used a free shuttle to take visitors to mills in full production to witness cold pressing and taste the new oil on bruschetta. Along the main street, the Art and Memories Market unfolded, accompanied by food stalls, photography exhibitions, workshops and activities for children, music, and entertainment in the squares.

Three local establishments — Civico 16 on Via Carolano, Mamma Mea on Corso Umberto, and La Martora on Piazza Chiesa Nuova — offered special menus built around the new oil and traditional Sabina dishes.
