2025 Edition — The 98th
The 98th Bozner Weinkost was held from March 27 to 30, 2025, at Castel Mareccio, opening on Thursday the 27th at 3:00 PM with the first tastings. Around 47 wineries participated with nearly 200 labels from Bolzano, Oltradige, Bassa Atesina, the Isarco Valley, the Adige Valley, Merano, and the Burgraviato area.
The program included table-service tastings, taste workshops, and masterclasses with prominent names in the food and wine sector, as well as the «L'Oste nel Castello» gourmet dinners in the Sala Thun: Thursday the 27th with chef Günther Lobiser, Friday the 28th with Anton Dalvai, and Saturday the 29th with Louis Agostini. The experience was completed by the «Bolzano, City of Wine» guided tour in the historic center, with a final toast at the exhibition. The entrance ticket, at 25 euros, included 10 tasting vouchers.
