Edition 2025 — Borlengo Festival

The 54th Borlengo Festival of Guiglia was held in Piazza Marconi on the weekends of May 17-18 and 24-25, 2025. In this edition too, the 'Maestri Borlengai' prepared the borlengo according to the ancient Guiglia recipe, accompanied by crescentine, fried gnocco, and handmade tortelloni, with the new gluten-free and vegan versions. Live music, arts and crafts markets, and castle visits were also featured.

The 2025 edition, the 54th, of the Borlengo Festival took place in Piazza Marconi in Guiglia on May 17, 18, 24, and 25. The program included the preparation of borlengo according to the ancient Guiglia recipe, along with crescentine, fried gnocco, and handmade tortelloni. Among the novelties were gluten-free and vegan borlenghi and crescentine. The festival offered live music with repertoires from the 90s to today, arts and crafts markets along the village streets, and the opportunity to visit Guiglia Castle, with evening openings on Saturdays and lunch/dinner service on Sundays.
