Edition 2025 — Bagna Cauda Festival
The 26th edition
From October 16 to 19, 2025, the Borgo Rumero district in Volpiano hosted the 26th Bagna Cauda Festival, organized by the Borgo Rumero Association in the heated, covered pavilions at the corner of Via Genova and Via Milano.
The gastronomic program accompanied visitors for four days: Thursday the 16th, dinner from 7:00 PM with bagna cauda and vegetables, and from 9:00 PM, a dance evening with music by Daniele; Friday the 17th, Vercelli-style panissa on the menu alongside bagna cauda, with entertainment by Roby Dj; Saturday the 18th, bagna cauda, pork rinds with beans, and agnolotti with ragù, with dancing from 9:00 PM and the Antonella & Star Band orchestra; Sunday the 19th, Mass in the morning and lunch from 12:30 PM with appetizers, bagna cauda, pasta, fried dishes, and dessert. A confirmation of the success of one of the most heartfelt festivals of the Volpiano autumn.
