Edition 2025 — A Sea of Flavors

The 2025 edition of A Sea of Flavors celebrated the tenth anniversary of the event on Bordighera's Lungomare Argentina, from July 28 to 30. The guest region was Piedmont, with three Michelin-starred chefs starring in the cooking shows: Alessandro Boglione, Massimo Camia, and Fabio Ingallinera, accompanied by wine pairings from ASPI sommeliers and selections for the Pesto Championship.

The 2025 edition, the festival's tenth anniversary, featured Piedmont as the guest region. On the cooking show stage, Michelin-starred chefs Alessandro Boglione (Gastronomia Urbana, Alba), Massimo Camia (Novello), and Fabio Ingallinera (Il Nazionale, Vernante) presented contemporary interpretations of Piedmontese cuisine. Professional sommeliers from ASPI curated pairings with Ligurian and Piedmontese wines, while Roberto Panizza led the selections for the World Championship of Mortar Pesto. The evenings, with free participation, were accompanied by live music on Lungomare Argentina.
