Edition 2025 — A Sea of Flavors
The 2025 edition, the festival's tenth anniversary, featured Piedmont as the guest region. On the cooking show stage, Michelin-starred chefs Alessandro Boglione (Gastronomia Urbana, Alba), Massimo Camia (Novello), and Fabio Ingallinera (Il Nazionale, Vernante) presented contemporary interpretations of Piedmontese cuisine. Professional sommeliers from ASPI curated pairings with Ligurian and Piedmontese wines, while Roberto Panizza led the selections for the World Championship of Mortar Pesto. The evenings, with free participation, were accompanied by live music on Lungomare Argentina.
