About Bianco, Rosso e Vinile

Bianco, Rosso e Vinile – Wine & Vinyl Sessions is the wine and culture festival in Comiso, in the Ragusa area, blending Italian wine tastings, vinyl listening sessions, theater, live music, and cinema. An evening dedicated to the culture of fine drinking and slow listening, featuring the great red wines of the region—starting with Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG—in a setting that invites you to slow down and savor the present moment.

A toast to wine, vinyl, and culture in Comiso

In the heart of the Baroque city of Comiso, in the province of Ragusa, Bianco, Rosso e Vinile – Wine & Vinyl Sessions has quickly become one of the most recognizable wine and cultural events in southeastern Sicily. The concept behind it is simple yet seductive: pairing the pleasure of a fine glass of wine with the slow, deliberate act of listening to a vinyl record—two gestures that invite us to slow down and rediscover the value of detail and the present moment.

Wine, music, and live performance

The event is more than just a tasting: it is an evening that brings together wine and food itineraries curated by professional sommeliers, musical performances, theatrical shows, readings, and film screenings. Guests stroll between tasting stands with a glass in hand, accompanied by music played on turntables and the voices of artists performing on stage until late at night.

Cerasuolo di Vittoria and the wines of Italy

The absolute star is wine, with a special focus on Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG, Sicily's only Controlled and Guaranteed Designation of Origin, born from the encounter between the native Nero d'Avola and Frappato grape varieties. Alongside the red wines of the Iblei territory, the festival features a selection of white, rosé, and red wines from various Italian regions, paired with local gastronomic excellence such as the Monti Iblei PDO olive oil, Ragusano PDO cheese, and Modica PGI chocolate.

An event by the Municipality of Comiso

Promoted by the Municipality of Comiso in partnership with the 4e33 Association and local entities like the Cerasuolo di Vittoria Protection Consortium, the event takes place in iconic city venues, from the courtyard of the Gesualdo Bufalino Foundation to the streets of the historic center. It is an opportunity to discover Comiso, the hometown of writer Gesualdo Bufalino and artist Salvatore Fiume, and the winemaking heritage of a corner of Sicily where wine is synonymous with culture and identity.

Free admission, paid tastings

Admission to the event is free: you only pay for the tasting itineraries via dedicated tickets. This formula makes the event accessible to everyone, from wine enthusiasts to curious visitors looking for a unique evening of music, words, and good wine.
