How it went in 2025
The festival opened on Friday, August 8 at 6:30 PM with the official inauguration; the food stalls started operating from 7:00 PM, followed at 9:00 PM by the DJ's pre-show and at 10:00 PM by live music, with the evening closing with a DJ set from 11:30 PM.
Saturday, August 9, the stalls reopened at 7:00 PM; at 8:00 PM, the flag-wavers and drummers show took place, which was very popular with families, while at 10:00 PM the guest band performed before the final midnight DJ set.
On the menu were the signature dishes of the territory: Bianca Monticellana goat stew, pennette all'arrabbiata, sausage sandwiches, and Aurunci goat cheeses. The event, organized by the Next Gen Association in Vallemarina di Monte San Biagio (province of Latina), offered free admission with food and drinks at affordable prices.
