A fair for event professionals

In Alzano Lombardo, in the spaces of Spazio Fase (the former Pigna Paper Mill on Via Pesenti), Bergamo Events Expo is a unique fair: three days entirely dedicated to the world of event organization. It is aimed at professionals, associations, Pro Loco committees, and administrations, but is also open to the curious public.

Conferences, training, and networking

The program alternates conferences, training sessions, and networking opportunities, focusing on key industry issues: safety, sustainability, and territorial promotion through events. Among the objectives are the creation of a provincial guide to event organization procedures and bureaucratic simplification.

Performances and culture

In addition to the professional aspects, the fair hosts live performances, which liven up the days and give it a festive character. The initiative is promoted by Lo Spirito del Pianeta, an organization known in the province of Bergamo for its namesake festival dedicated to indigenous peoples.

Bergamo Events Expo aims to be a platform for professional growth, updating, and connection for all those who, in various capacities, contribute to the vibrant event calendar of the Bergamo area. Admission is free upon registration.
