2025 Edition Program
The festival opened on Friday, May 2nd with the installation of the ONAF commission for the Trinacria d'Oro competition and a workshop on agroecology and sustainable tourism. On Saturday, May 3rd, the official ceremony for the 2025 City of Cheese title took place in Piazza Elimo, followed by talk shows, show cooking, tastings, and ONAF sensory workshops, concluding with a cultural evening. On Sunday, May 4th, the '10KM Poggioreale' trek along the Elymian paths and a PDO cheese tasting closed the event. Key participants included ONAF National President Pietro Carlo Adami and ONAF Sicily delegate Pietro Pappalardo. The 13th edition of the Trinacria d'Oro competition crowned the best Pecorino Siciliano PDO in the region.

Friday, May 2nd
- 15:30 — Installation of the ONAF Commission for the Trinacria d'Oro competition
- 18:00 — Workshop on agroecology and sustainable tourism
Saturday, May 3rd
- 10:00 — Seminar on regional quality and official ceremony in Piazza Elimo (City of Cheese 2025 title presentation)
- 13:00 — Talk show, show cooking, and tastings in Piazza Elimo
- 18:00 — ONAF sensory workshops
- 21:00 — Cultural evening
Sunday, May 4th
- 08:30 — '10KM Poggioreale' trek along the Elymian paths
