The Beer Festival in Ogliastro Cilento, a small hillside town in the province of Salerno, Campania, is one of the most anticipated summer events. Ogliastro Cilento has just over two thousand inhabitants and is spread between the main town and the hamlets of Eredita and Finocchito. It is located a few kilometers from the coast of Agropoli and the Cilento, Vallo di Diano and Alburni National Park, making the festival a convenient stop for those vacationing on the coast. Visitors from outside the region discover a different side of Cilento: the inland villages, small squares, and self-managed festivals, where hospitality is not a service but a way of life.
