Autumn in Casale
Beer and Chestnuts is the autumn festival of the hamlet of Casale, in the Municipality of Albino (province of Bergamo), in the Seriana Valley. It takes place under the marquee set up at the hamlet's football field, sheltered, and is dedicated to the flavors of the cold season.
Flavors of the Season
The name tells the protagonists: chestnuts, served in the afternoon, and beer, accompanied by a menu of Bergamo and mountain tradition. On the table you'll find pizzoccheri, polenta and porchetta, bread and cotechino, cheese, salami and french fries; on the main days, upon reservation, also mixed grill and polenta taragna.
A Community Feast
Organized by the Cultural Group Friends of Casale, the festival is a convivial event that brings the hamlet together and welcomes visitors from the valley. It's an opportunity to experience the autumn of Bergamo in the most genuine way, with hot chestnuts, beer and traditional dishes, in a village festival atmosphere.

The 2026 edition of the festival is expected on a weekend in October at the marquee of the Casale di Albino football field. The exact dates will be confirmed by the cultural group Friends of Casale in the weeks prior.
