Edition 2025 — Barbaresco at the Table
The 31st edition of Barbaresco at the Table, organized by the Enoteca Regionale del Barbaresco, was held over three Friday evenings in May 2025. The star was the new 2022 vintage of Barbaresco DOCG, served strictly blind during themed dinners at participating restaurants in the village of Barbaresco and neighboring towns in the Langhe, in the province of Cuneo.
Each Friday featured a different menu and a selection of producers waiting to be unveiled: the names of the wineries were revealed only at the end of the evening. The wines tasted were then available for purchase at the Enoteca starting the day after each dinner.
