The 2025 edition of the Bagna Caöda Festival
In October 2025, Faule hosted the 29th edition of the Bagna Caöda Festival, confirming the event as one of the most popular food and wine appointments of the Piedmontese autumn. For six days, the village in the Saluzzo plains offered lunches and dinners based on the traditional dip of garlic, anchovies, and oil, enriched according to the local recipe with Piedmontese cream and milk.
The programme featured the great classics of the festival: dance evenings with orchestras, the awarding of the 'Fujot d'Oro', the Sunday market of local products and handicrafts, exhibitions, workshops for children, and excursions in the Monviso Park. To crown the year, in December 2025, the bagna caöda of Faule was recognized as the 345th Traditional Agri-Food Product of the Piedmont Region.
