Edition 2025 — Badalucco Stockfish Festival

In 2025, the Sagra dello Stoccafisso once again enlivened Badalucco in September, with stockfish à la Badalucchese as the star of the historic center's food stalls. The festival confirmed its role as a showcase for one of Ligurian cuisine's most famous recipes, in the heart of the Argentina Valley in the Imperia hinterland.

The 2025 edition of the Stockfish Festival renewed the grand celebration dedicated to the village's signature dish in Badalucco. Stockfish à la Badalucchese, cooked with potatoes, tomatoes, pine nuts, Taggiasca olives, and aromatic herbs, was served at the food stalls set up in the streets of the historic center. Amidst aromas and flavors of tradition, the event attracted good food enthusiasts to the Argentina Valley, celebrating a recipe that has made the name of Badalucco famous throughout Liguria.
