Edition 2025 — AperiWine

The first edition of AperiWine — L'Aperitivo Piacentino was held on Saturday, May 24, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, in the historic center of Castel San Giovanni. Twelve venues in the town were paired with twelve wineries from the Piacenza Hills for a journey of cocktails based on local wines and typical products. The debut, organized by the Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori dei Colli Piacentini with the Municipality and the Sette Colli di Ziano Association, was met with great interest from both businesses and the public.

AperiWine 2025 — the first edition

On Saturday, May 24, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, AperiWine — L'Aperitivo Piacentino made its debut in Castel San Giovanni, the first event dedicated to the widespread aperitif in Val Tidone.

For the occasion, twelve venues in the historic center and adjacent streets were paired with as many wineries from the Piacenza Hills, offering cocktails made with local wines and accompanied by typical products from the Province of Piacenza. Visitors could meet the producers and discover their wines, reinterpreted in a modern way through mixology.

The initiative, promoted by the Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori dei Colli Piacentini together with the Municipality of Castel San Giovanni and the Sette Colli di Ziano Association, was met with great interest, laying the groundwork for the second edition in 2026.
