2025, the year zero of Andamento Lento

The first edition of the format took shape in the summer of 2025, when Stratto Pizza e Fermento, together with the Campania da Vivere community, launched a conscious tourism project from Vallo della Lucania dedicated to the villages of Cilento: local cuisine, short supply chain, meetings, and banquets instead of the usual schedule of events.

After the start in the Cilento capital, the 2025 calendar brought Andamento Lento to other symbolic places of the Cilento National Park: the Abbey of Santa Cecilia in Castinatelli, the village of Laurino on December 7, and the Franciscan convent of Cuccaro Vetere on December 29. Each stop combined an aperitif, a multi-course menu built on local products, live music, and a visit to the village, with the collaboration of farms, dairies, pastry shops, and wineries in the area.

It is from this first season that the formula later replicated in Vallo della Lucania in 2026 was born, with the morning farmers' market and the grand village banquet in the afternoon.
