AgRiolo — Agriculture Fair

The 16th edition of AgRiolo was held from Friday, April 11 to Sunday, April 13, 2025, preceded by an inaugural conference on April 4 dedicated to the theme "Agriculture and hydrogeological instability in the Senio Valley".

The fair opened on Friday at 6:00 PM with the exhibition of agricultural and horticultural machinery, continuing at 8:30 PM with ancient farmyard games; Saturday and Sunday opened at 9:00 AM. Among the innovations on display were satellite-guided agricultural vehicles and the use of drones in various cultivation phases. There was also space for the livestock exhibition featuring bovine breeds, poultry, sheep, and horse farms, and the Saturday morning Auction and Market for restocking calves. The novelty of the year was the "sfoglia al mattarello" competition, created with the Artusi Hospitality Institute, celebrating handmade pasta. In Pertini Park, the food stand, managed by F.A.T. Agri and I Luppoli, offered typical Romagna specialties throughout the three days.
