Edition 2025 — Acquacotta Festival

The 44th edition of the Acquacotta Festival took place in Santa Fiora from August 8 to 17, 2025, at the Municipal Stadium. The ASD Intercomunale food stands opened on the evening of Friday, August 8, at 7:30 PM, and continued from August 9 to 17 with lunch service starting at 12:00 PM. The star of the show was acquacotta, the rustic Maremma soup, featuring the traditional San Rocco tripe breakfast on the morning of August 16.

The 44th edition of the Acquacotta Festival was held in Santa Fiora, on Mount Amiata in the province of Grosseto, from August 8 to 17, 2025, at the Municipal Stadium on Via Martiri della Niccioleta.

The food stands, managed by the ASD Intercomunale Santa Fiora, opened on the evening of Friday, August 8, around 7:30 PM; from August 9 to 17, service continued for lunch starting at 12:00 PM. The menu featured acquacotta, the rustic soup made with bread, onions, and vegetables, accompanied by other traditional Amiata dishes.

Among the most characteristic moments was the San Rocco tripe breakfast on the morning of Saturday, August 16, starting at 8:30 AM, a popular ritual highly anticipated by the community.
