Edition 2025 — Accademia della Polenta
The twentieth edition of the Accademia della Polenta took place over six weekends, from October 25 to November 30, 2025, at the accommodations in Val Tartano: Albergo Miralago, La Gran Baita, Vallunga, Rifugio Il Pirata, and Rifugio Beniamino, with menus based on polenta from appetizer to dessert.
In 2025, the Accademia della Polenta celebrated its twentieth edition with six gastronomic weekends, from October 25-26 to November 29-30. The accommodations in Val Tartano offered menus entirely dedicated to polenta, featuring traditional dishes and innovative pairings. The approximate price was €35 for dining only and €70 with overnight stay.
