AbanoZen is the holistic wellness festival that animates the Thermal Urban Park of Abano Terme, in the province of Padua, every year. In a setting already dedicated to well-being like the city of Euganean spas, the festival brings together enthusiasts, practitioners, and masters from all over Italy and abroad for four days.
Festival Areas
The Park is divided into three main zones: the Gazebo and Wooden Chalet Area, with wellness treatments; the ParcoZen, dedicated to yoga, meditation, and mindful movement practices; and the Workshop Area, with in-depth sessions, ceremonies, and show cooking. The sixth edition features 115 selected exhibitors, around 80 free events, and guests from 13 nations.
The Mandala of Light for Peace
Among the most evocative moments is the Mandala of Light for Peace, a collective meditation with 1008 candles in the Urban Park. Admission to the entire festival is free, and no registration is required, confirming the event's inclusive and accessible nature.
AbanoZen — edition 2026
The VI edition of AbanoZen takes place from May 30 to June 2, 2026, at the Thermal Urban Park of Abano Terme, with free admission and no registration required. Directed for the sixth consecutive year by Fabio Spanti, the festival features 115 selected exhibitors from all over Italy, around 80 free events, and guests and masters from 13 nations.
The program is spread across three areas: gazebos and wooden chalets for treatments, the ParcoZen for yoga, meditation, and mindful movement, and the workshop area for in-depth sessions, ceremonies, and show cooking.

Getting Here
Abano Terme is reachable by car from the A13 motorway (Terme Euganee exit) and by bus from Padua. The festival takes place in the Thermal Urban Park, in the city center.
