Wellness becomes a festival
AbanoZen is one of the largest festivals dedicated to holistic wellness in the Veneto region. It takes place in Abano Terme, in the province of Padua, in the renowned Euganean thermal district shared with nearby Montegrotto Terme. The festival is organized by the Municipality of Abano Terme with the artistic direction of Fabio Spanti and offers four entirely free days of practices, workshops, and meetings.
An open-air wellness village
The heart of the event is the Parco Urbano Termale, divided into thematic areas: gazebos and wooden huts offering treatments and consultations, the ParcoZen dedicated to yoga, meditation, and movement practices, and the Workshop Area for in-depth sessions, ceremonies, and show cooking. Activities run from early morning until evening.
World cultures
AbanoZen is above all a journey through the wellness traditions of the entire planet: Tibetan practices and Sowa Rigpa medicine, Thai rituals, Vietnamese Dien Chan, ayurveda, sound baths, guided meditations, martial arts, Indian sacred dances, reflexology, and show cooking of Vietnamese, Japanese, and Burmese cuisine. Guests in recent editions have included international masters of yoga and traditional medicine. An event that invites you to slow down and rediscover inner balance.
AbanoZen — edition 2026
The 6th edition of AbanoZen returns to the Parco Urbano Termale in Abano Terme from May 30 to June 2, 2026. Four days with around 80 free events, from 6:30 AM until 10:00 PM, featuring over 110 wellness professionals from 13 nations and 115 exhibitors from all over Italy.
The festival offers yoga, meditation, movement practices, holistic treatments, ayurveda, sound baths, martial arts, Indian sacred dances, and show cooking of Asian cuisines, organized in the gazebo, ParcoZen, and Workshop areas.

Among the guests in recent editions: Reena Bhanot (India), master Shajeer Kizhakekara with Tribalosophy courses, Amadio Bianchi (World Ambassador of Yoga), as well as Thai Buddhist masters and Tibetan medicine experts.
