Edition 2025 — Zimone Carnival

The 2025 Zimone Carnival was a two-day celebration of community spirit. On Sunday, March 16, after the blessing, the traditional bean stew was distributed in the parish courtyard starting at 10:30 AM until supplies ran out. On Saturday, March 22, the community dinner featuring polenta and cod, another classic of the Biella carnival tradition, was held.

The 2025 edition of the Zimone Carnival, in the Province of Biella, took place over two days dedicated to tradition and conviviality. Sunday, March 16, featured the bean stew: after the blessing, starting at 10:30 AM, beans cooked according to the traditional recipe were distributed in the parish courtyard until supplies ran out. Saturday, March 22, hosted the community dinner featuring polenta and cod, a symbolic dish of the Piedmontese Carnival. These two events confirmed the spirit of the Zimone Carnival: a simple and authentic festival, experienced together by the entire village.
