Zapponeta Typical Products Festival

The 34th edition

On Sunday, July 27, 2025, Piazza Aldo Moro in Zapponeta hosted the 34th edition of the historic Typical Products Festival, one of the most anticipated gastronomic events of the summer in the Gulf of Manfredonia. Starting at 8:00 PM, the stalls offered traditional dishes prepared with authentic ingredients by Zapponeta families, faithful to recipes passed down from generation to generation.

The undisputed stars were the vegetables from the local countryside - onions, carrots, tomatoes, and potatoes - symbols of the town's agricultural identity. The evening, animated by music and performances, was organized by the San Michele Arcangelo Parish with the support of the Municipality of Zapponeta, as a stop on the Zapponeta Blu Festival summer tour.

Opening of food stalls from 8:00 PM in Piazza Aldo Moro, with tastings of dishes based on onions, carrots, tomatoes, and potatoes prepared by local families. The evening was accompanied by live music and entertainment.
