Edition 2025 — Zapponeta Living Nativity
On Saturday, December 20, 2025, at 6:30 PM, Via Michele Zezza in Zapponeta hosted the fourth edition of the Living Nativity. The route, curated with every historical detail, recreated the daily life of Bethlehem from two thousand years ago: from shoemakers to shepherds, bakers to fishermen, as well as lessons in the synagogue, Herod's court with the changing of the guard, and the inn where visitors could taste local products.
Organized by the Municipality of Zapponeta, the San Michele Arcangelo Parish, and the Events Committee, the event involved over one hundred participants and a large part of the citizenry, confirming itself as one of the most attended Christmas events in the province of Foggia. Numerous visitors arrived from all over the Capitanata region to immerse themselves in the evocative atmosphere of the performance.
