Zapponeta Fish Festival

The 14th edition of the Zapponeta Fish Festival was held on Sunday, August 10, 2025, from 8:00 PM, in the central Piazza Aldo Moro of the town in the Province of Foggia. The event, organized by the Pro Loco of Zapponeta led by president Francesco Proce and supported by the Municipality, confirmed its role as the highlight of the summer, attracting thousands of visitors.

As per tradition, the protagonists were the stalls with fresh fish and tastings dedicated to shellfish, accompanied by the Vincanto d'estate exhibition, collaborations with local artisan pastry shops, entertainment for children, and a charity stand by the For Kenya association. On stage, as part of the Zapponeta Blu Festival, Enzo Avitabile, Gigi Finizio, Mietta, Eugenio Bennato, and Sanremo winner Simone Cristicchi performed.
