Yoga Mountain Days Gressoney

The Yoga Mountain Days 2025 enlivened Gressoney-Saint-Jean on July 26 and 27, between Piazza Umberto I, Villa Borgogna, and Villa Margherita. The rich program offered hatha yoga, postural yoga, Heartfulness meditation, yoga therapy, sound baths with Tibetan bells, biodanza, and yoga for children, with teachers from various Italian schools. Among the events, there was also a workshop dedicated to "Twists, the movement of life" and moments for tasting local products and guided tours. Organized by the Meruyoga school with the patronage of the Municipality and the Region, the free event combined wellness, nature, and community at the foot of Monte Rosa.
