World Championship of Scuccetta

The 35th edition of the traditional World Championship of Scuccetta took place on Monday, April 21, 2025, Easter Monday, in Piazza Arringo, Ascoli Piceno. The organization provided about a thousand hard-boiled eggs for the participants. The final was won by 15-year-old Roman Marco Colaci, who defeated Enrico Ferretti from Ascoli by distinguishing himself with his cunning in choosing a particularly resistant egg, which proved decisive in the final match. The event attracted a large crowd, favored by the coincidence with the antique market in the historic center.
