Wine Tour Fest 2025: the third edition

From August 11 to 13, 2025, the historic center of Lizzano hosted the third edition of the Wine Tour Fest. For three evenings, among the squares and alleys of the village, wine was the great protagonist: over one hundred labels offered for tasting by local wineries, with the reds of the Lizzano DOC, from Primitivo to Negroamaro, at the center of attention.

The festival combined wine with various art forms, from live music to painting, with entertainment and shows along the entire route. Alongside the winery stands, including Cantine Lizzano, local gastronomy stands offered the flavors of the Apulian tradition. Promoted by the Municipality of Lizzano together with the Pro Loco and with the support of the Puglia Region, the event attracted enthusiasts, families, and tourists, confirming itself as one of the most popular food and wine festivals of the summer in the Salento area of Taranto.

The third edition was spread over three evenings, from August 11 to 13, 2025, in the historic center of Lizzano. Each evening, from late afternoon until late at night:

• Tastings with over one hundred labels offered by local wineries, including Lizzano DOC reds (Primitivo, Negroamaro) and other local productions.
• Food and wine stands with Apulian culinary specialties and typical local products.
• Live music and shows in the squares of the historic center.
• Art and entertainment, with exhibitions and animation along the festival route.
