Wine Festival - GEO Orsara Food and Wine Gallery

The 38th edition, June 21, 2025

On Saturday, June 21, 2025, Orsara di Puglia celebrated the 38th Wine Festival, the longest-running in the region, in a maxi-edition enriched by free shuttle bus services departing from Foggia (Mongolfiera).

From the morning, the village offered guided cellar tours: from 10:00 to 12:00 among the vineyards and the Il Tuccanese winery with tastings of the latest vintages, and from 11:00 to 13:00 at the Peppe Zullo winery with 'zero-km' tastings. In parallel, guided tours of the Abbey, the Cave of San Michele, and the historic center took place, alongside the Profumo d'estate 2025 painting exhibition by Anna Donatella Loffredo along Via Vittorio Emanuele.

In the afternoon, at 5:30 PM, the municipal library hosted I mestieri della musica with a piano and soprano concert; at 6:00 PM, the market featuring gourmet products, crafts, art, and vintage items opened in Piazza Mazzini. At 8:00 PM, the Food and Wine Gallery opened with wines from the D'Alfonso Del Sordo, D'Araprì, Il Tuccanese, Peppe Zullo, Pisan Battel, and Casa Primis wineries, paired with dishes from local restaurateurs. At 9:00 PM, the public witnessed the spectacular videomapping projected onto the facade of the Church of San Pellegrino.

Free shuttle bus service from Foggia (Mongolfiera) at 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with return trips from Orsara at 1:00 PM and midnight, by reservation.
