Edition 2025 — Wine and Varrajine

The 2025 edition of Wine and Varrajine took place on Saturday, November 22, and Sunday, November 23, along Via Cesare Battisti in Tollo. Two days dedicated to new wine, chestnuts, and traditional peasant dishes, with dinner on Saturday evening and lunch on Sunday, accompanied by live music and craft markets organized by the Pro Loco Tolle Me.

Wine and Varrajine 2025

The 2025 edition was held on November 22 and 23 on Via Cesare Battisti, in the center of Tollo. On Saturday, dinner opened at 7:00 PM, while on Sunday, lunch started at 12:30 PM, with reservations recommended.

On the menu were traditional Varrajine and Ribbatte, a first course with chestnuts, mushrooms, and truffles, polenta with sausages, crespelle, new wine, and mulled wine. The evenings were enlivened by live music from Apollo Credici, a DJ set by Giovanni Di Ciano, and, on Sunday, by Rosso Pepe. To complete the event, there were craft markets and a walk through the streets of the Abruzzese village.
