Edition 2025 — Wild Boar Festival

In 2025, the Wild Boar Festival once again enlivened Piazzale Enzo Ferrari in Modigliana, in the heart of the Forlì Apennines. Pro Loco Modigliana offered its wild boar specialties — tagliatelle and polenta with ragù, stew, grills, and baked wild boar — accompanied by local wines and live music that transformed the square into a convivial meeting point for residents and visitors each evening.

The 2025 edition of the Wild Boar Festival of Modigliana confirmed the traditional format of the Romagnol village festival, with the food stand open in Piazzale Enzo Ferrari and the usual program of live music and dancing.

Volunteers from Pro Loco Modigliana served typical wild boar dishes, from tagliatelle with ragù to mixed grills, including the Sunday baked wild boar. The event, in the Municipality of Modigliana in the province of Forlì-Cesena, remains one of the most beloved gastronomic events of the local summer, successfully combining traditional Apennine cuisine with the festive atmosphere of Romagna festivals.
